Poland Confirms Launch Date for New MOS Immigration System
Key Point
- Poland has confirmed the activation date of its upgraded MOS system, which will modernize digital immigration services nationwide.
MOS Immigration System
Poland formally announced the launch date for its new Migration Operations System (MOS) and activated the upgraded platform on April 27, 2026.
The rollout marked a major upgrade to the country’s digital immigration system, following a planned shutdown of the previous system to complete technical migration.
Overview of the New MOS Platform
The new MOS platform streamlines the submission, processing and tracking of foreign-national applications. It introduces a more intuitive interface, expanded online functionality, and improved communication tools between applicants and the Office for Foreigners.
The Office for Foreigners advises applicants, employers and legal representatives to monitor official channels for updates on the transition, as some services may experience brief delays during the initial stabilization period following launch.
