Denmark Updates Income Statistics for Work Permit Applications

  • Starting 1 July 2025, Denmark will use updated income statistics to assess whether salaries offered to applicants meet national standards

New Salary Standards for Residence and Work Permits 

Denmark released updated income statistics based on data from Q1 2025. These figures will be used to evaluate applications submitted from 1 July 2025 onward. The statistics are refreshed quarterly, with the next update expected on 1 October 2025. 

Applicants submitting their residence and work permit applications after 30 June 2025 will be assessed using Q1 2025 data, while those who applied between 1 April and 30 June 2025 will be evaluated based on Q4 2024 figures. For more details on income statistics, check here
