Denmark Updates Salary Requirements for Work Permit Applications Effective October 2026

• Denmark has introduced a new digital family immigration application system that will become mandatory in October 2026. 

Digital Family Immigration Application 

The Danish Agency for International Recruitment and Integration (SIRI) launched a digital version of Form MF4 for accompanying family members of foreign nationals who have obtained permanent residence in Denmark through work or study.  

The digital MF4 application became available on Sept. 14, 2026, and applicants must use the digital platform beginning Oct. 14, 2026. Eligible applicants can use the platform for both initial and extension applications.  

Digital Family Immigration Application After October 2026 

• Paper MF4 submissions filed after that date will generally be rejected.  
• Forms MF1 and MF2 will no longer be accepted for qualifying family immigration cases.
