Denmark Updates AR6 and AR7 Forms for Residence and Work Permit Holders

SIRI Announces Updates to AR6 and AR7 Forms 

The Danish Agency for International Recruitment and Integration (SIRI) announced updates to the AR6 and AR7 forms, used by foreign nationals and employers to report changes to residence and work permits. 

Key Changes 

  • AR6 (Employer Reporting Form): Updated to clarify employer obligations when reporting changes in employment conditions, including job duties, salary or termination. 
  • AR7 (Foreign National Reporting Form): Updated to clarify when foreign nationals must report changes in personal circumstances, such as address, marital status or employment conditions. 

SIRI notes that accurate and timely reporting is essential to maintain compliance with Danish immigration rules.
