Portugal’s Criminal Record Certificate Access
Portugal will now allow individuals living abroad, both Portuguese citizens and foreign nationals, to apply for a criminal record certificate using a newly introduced online form. This option is designed for those who do not possess a Portuguese Citizen Card with PIN and reader or a Digital Mobile Key. Applicants can conveniently pay the application fee using ATM reference, MB WAY, credit card or PayPal.
