Andorra announced that its Embassy in Lisbon, Portugal, is now authorized to process passport renewals and issue duplicate passports, allowing Andorran nationals residing in Portugal to complete these services locally rather than returning to Andorra. 

Lisbon Embassy Now Offers Full Passport Services 

The Embassy of Andorra in Lisbon can now: 

• Renew Andorran passports 
• Issue duplicate passports in cases of loss, theft or damage 
• Capture biometric data on‑site, enabling complete processing without travel to Andorra 

This expansion aligns Lisbon with Andorra’s other biometric‑enabled posts in Madrid and Paris.
