Poland Updates Work Permit and Statement Fees

Key Point  

  • As of 1 December 2025, Poland has increased administrative fees for work permits and statements of entrusting work 

Work Permit Fee  

On 1 December 2025, Poland announced increases to the costs associated with work permits and statements of entrusting work. As a result, the following fee rates will apply: 

Work Permit Types A and B 

  • Previously PLN 100 
  • Now PLN 200 (up to 3 months) or PLN 400 (more than 3 months) 

Work Permit Types C, D, E (for seconded employees) 

  • Previously PLN 100 
  • Now PLN 800 

Statement of Entrusting Work 

  • Previously PLN 100 
  • Now PLN 400 (flat fee, regardless of duration) 
  • Georgian citizens are excluded from eligibility as of 1 December 2025
