Poland Tightens Intra-Corporate Transfer Rules

Overview  

Starting 1 May 2025, Poland will introduce stricter rules for intra-corporate transfers. Companies will need to show a management or ownership link between the sending and receiving entities and prove that the sending company is actively operating in its home country.
