Poland Opens CUKR Residence Card Applications Through MOS

Poland CUKR Residence Card Update
Poland’s Office for Foreigners (UdSC) now allows eligible foreign nationals to apply for a CUKR residence card (“Previously holder of temporary protection”). The application process opened May 4, 2026, following the rollout of the MOS (Moduł Obsługi Spraw) digital immigration platform.
Application Process
- Applications must be submitted exclusively through MOS
- Paper or in‑person filings are not accepted
- UdSC has published a CUKR procedure and an FAQ in Polish and Ukrainian
Eligibility
The CUKR residence card is available to individuals who:
- Previously held temporary protection in Poland
- Are transitioning to a standard residence permit
The issued card will include the annotation “Previously holder of temporary protection.”
