What are the stages of a case in the Envoy platform?

Questionnaire – This is an information gathering tool that the legal team uses to prepare the case.  It is best to complete your questionnaire as soon as possible.  Once completed by you and your Employer, the legal team can begin reviewing your information and all documentation that has been uploaded.

Attorney Review – This stage starts once the Questionnaire has been completed by you and your Employer.  The legal team will begin to review and prepare your case.

Customer Action Needed – Customer Action Needed stage is when you or your Employer are given tasks that the legal team has requested you complete.  We ask that you complete your action items as soon as you can so that the legal team can review and begin to finalize your case to send to government.

On Hold – If your case is On Hold, your legal team is working to gather additional information for your case.  If action is needed by you or your Employer, you will be notified.

Case Sent – At this stage the legal team has finalized your case and it has been submitted.  Please check the DOL and/or USCIS websites for updated processing times.
