Spain Introduces New Minimum Wage for 2025

  • Spain retroactively increased the interprofessional minimum wage for 2025 
Overview 

Spain retroactively raised the minimum interprofessional wage by 50 for 2025. As a result, the minimum will be set to €1,184 per month in 14 payments. The new rates apply retroactively from 1 January 2025 onward. According to the government, these measures aim to reduce inequity and wage gaps between workers.
