Envoy Global Welcomes Bob Gallagher as Chief Operating Officer

CHICAGO, June 1, 2022 – Envoy Global, the technology leader that combines access to top legal talent with industry-leading technology to bring efficiency and transparency to the global immigration process, announced that Bob Gallagher will serve as Chief Operating Officer for Envoy Global. In this role, he will oversee the operations and finance functions at Envoy. He will also manage the relationship with Envoy’s affiliate law firms and is responsible for corporate development. 

Gallagher has 30 years of experience in leading finance, operations and other functions in high-growth organizations. He most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer of PE-backed Libra Solutions (formerly Oasis Financial) where he ran the finance, marketing, and HR teams. During his tenure, the company doubled in size and introduced an industry-leading securitization program.     

Prior to Libra, Gallagher served as the CFO for Classified Ventures/Cars.com for 12 years and led several functions including a 200-person operations team comprising of account management, customer support and fulfilment. In this role, Gallagher oversaw 6x revenue growth and led the business through a sale and subsequent spin-off from its publicly traded parent. 

Gallagher has an MBA and B.S. in accountancy from Northern Illinois University and is a CPA. He is active with Northern Illinois University, recently serving as President of the Alumni Association, and volunteers through Special Spaces charity.
