What is the Document Library?

Your new Document Library allows you to see which documents have been uploaded to your account.  You will see your “Personal” folder, labeled with your name, and folders for each case type open in your account.

The personal folder will contain every document you have uploaded to your account, and will automatically send relevant documents to all new cases.

Note: whenever documents are needed from you, they will be requested in your Action Items checklist, visible from your Visa Organizer.  Once uploaded, the documents are stored in your secure Document Library.
