United Kingdom Confirms 2026 India Young Professionals Scheme

India Young Professional Scheme 2026 Ballot
The United Kingdom (U.K.) updated its official guidance to confirm the next ballot window for the India Young Professionals Scheme (IYPS).
According to the announcement, the ballot will open at 2:30 pm India Standard Time on 17 February 2026 and close at 2:30 pm IST on 19 February 2026.
Individuals must submit an online ballot entry during this period to be considered for one of the available visa places.
The IYPS allows eligible Indian nationals aged 18–30 to live and work in the UK for up to two years. Only those selected in the ballot may proceed with a visa application.
What Applicants Should Know
- Ballot opens: 17 February 2026, 2:30 pm IST
- Ballot closes: 19 February 2026, 2:30 pm IST
Only selected entrants will receive an invitation to apply for the visa. Additionally, applicants must meet eligibility requirements, including education and financial criteria.
