Singapore: 2025 Employment Pass Salary Threshold Changes

  • Singapore will increase the Employment Pass salary threshold to $5,600 beginning 1 January 2025 

Overview  

The government of Singapore will increase the Employment Pass (EP) salary threshold to $5,600 beginning 1 January 2025. The current threshold is set at $5,000.  

Meanwhile, EP holders working in the financial service sector must earn at least $6,200 a month or $11,800 for those aged 45 and above.
