The European Union formally approved the regulation establishing the EU Talent Pool, a digital recruitment platform connecting non‑EU jobseekers with employers across participating member states.  

About the Talent Pool Platform  

The platform aims to address labor shortages by matching candidate profiles with open roles in shortage occupations. It will provide clear information on recruitment steps, worker rights and national immigration procedures.  

Participation by EU member states will be voluntary, and the European Commission expects the platform to be fully operational by 2027.
