Positive Skills List Fall 2025

Denmark has released its updated Positive List for October 2025, outlining job categories experiencing a shortage of qualified professionals.

The list determines which foreign nationals can apply for work and residence permits based on Denmark’s labor market needs.

Separate lists apply to individuals with higher education and those with vocational training. Inclusion on the Positive List allows eligible applicants to bypass certain standard requirements and access streamlined immigration pathways.
