What is the Document Library?

The Document Library, located on your Dashboard, is an archive of all company documents that have been uploaded to your account.

It gives you quick access to upload and download documents provided to Envoy. When you need to update a document previously uploaded, just go here to replace the document.

Documents stored in the library will populate as needed in every new employee case opened, and documents uploaded to a specific case will automatically appear in the library.
