How do I share copies of filings and approval notices with employees?

The Envoy-retained attorneys upload copies of case filings and approval notices to the Reference Documents section of an employee’s Envoy account once they are finalized or received.  By default, these documents are visible to HR only.

We know that employees sometimes request copies of these documents from their HR user, so we are working on a feature to allow HR users to make these documents visible to employees quickly and easily.

In the meantime, if you would like to provide documentation to an employee, you may use one of the following methods:

  1. Download the file and provide it to your employee. Note: we recommend a secure method of file transfer, since documentation often includes sensitive information.
  2. Email with your permission to release the document.  Customer Support can then enable employee view of the reference document and send the employee a URL to log in and download the document.
