If a form or letter is ready for review and you would like to assign its review to an employee, you can delegate it.
To delegate a form or letter:
- Click on the action item for the form or letter you would like to delegate
- In the reviewer column, click the button that indicates the company is responsble for review of the document
- Either assign review of the form to the employee (you will still need to approve it) or assign approval of the form to the employee (employee will need to review and approve it).
