Where is the mobile app available to download?

I was notified that I had forms to review, but I am not seeing this action on the mobile app. How do I navigate to the forms?

 

Where is the mobile app available to download?

The app is available in the Google Play or Apple store.

 

Can I communicate with the legal team on the mobile app?

The Communication Center is available within Envoy’s mobile app. This allows you to communicate with the legal team regarding casework at any time. The Comm Center  icon is visible within the toolbar at the bottom of the screen.

 

Can I work on a case within the mobile app? 

Envoy’s mobile app allows you to upload documentation directly from your mobile device into active cases or to your  Document Library. You can also view the status of a case and see the milestones of a case that have already been completed.

For any other actions, such as completing the  case Questionnaire or reviewing Case Materials, you should log into the Envoy platform from a desktop browser. 

Can I access documents I uploaded for the legal team’s review?

To access  in your Envoy account, you will need to use a desktop browser. The mobile app allows you to upload documents to your account, however,  you cannot view what is already uploaded from your mobile device. Documents that are normally located within the Supporting Documents, Reference Documents, or Document Library sections must be accessed on the Envoy platform using a desktop browser.



 

I was notified that I had forms to review, but I am not seeing this action on the mobile app. How do I navigate to the forms? 

If you receive a request to review case materials including forms and letters, that were drafted, this must be completed on a desktop browser. For more information on completing this action, please view the  Case Materials FAQ.
