What actions are required of me?

Any action that you need to complete will appear in your Action Items list.  On your Dashboard, you will see a link in the sidebar labeled “Action Items”.

 Actions needed could be:

  • Completing case questionnaires with information about your company and the visa applicant’s job
  • Uploading company documents needed for the visa application
  • Reviewing prepared forms and letters
  • Making payment

Each item is listed as a link to take you to the correct page.  After the necessary action is taken, the item will be removed from the list.
