Peter Kirchgessner

Peter is a global mobility and travel operations leader with more than 20 years of experience managing high‑volume visa, passport, and consular support programs worldwide. At Envoy Global, he partners with mobility teams and travel managers to optimize international travel processes, aligning travel management strategy with real-world embassy and consular execution to deliver a smoother, more predictable employee experience.

Before joining Envoy Global, Peter spent nearly two decades at Travisa Visa Service, where he advanced to Chief Operating Officer and led nationwide and international operational and account management teams. During his tenure, he spearheaded the creation and oversight of the Embassy and Consulates of India’s outsourced visa and OCI/PIO processing program in the U.S., building the largest, most complex consular support operation in the industry.

Peter later led global business development, account management, and customer success initiatives at VisaHQ, strengthening his expertise across corporate travel, partner ecosystems, and global operational delivery models.

He holds an MBA from California State University, Sacramento, and is recognized for driving scalable operational frameworks, developing strategic partnerships, and enhancing the end‑to‑end travel process for organizations moving talent and transacting across borders. In his spare time, he can be found camping in Northern California and volunteering for Blood Cancer United (Leukemia & Lymphoma Society), the GBTA Ladders Mentorship Program, and the GBTA | Silicon Valley Marketing Committee.
