Qatar Ministerial Decision No. 32 of 2025
On 26 September 2025, Qatar announced revised fees for work permits, recruitment services and document attestation. Key changes include:
- Increased Fee: Replacement of lost/damaged work permits for private company workers now costs QAR 100 (up from QAR 50).
- Reduced Fees:
- Work permits for workers recruited by spouses/relatives: QAR 100 (down from QAR 500).
- New recruitment license: QAR 2,000 (down from QAR 10,000).
- Unchanged Fees:
- Issuance/renewal of work permits for private company workers: QAR 100.
- Replacement of permits for family-recruited workers: QAR 100.
- Attestation of seals, contracts, and certificates: QAR 20.
- Renewal/replacement of recruitment licenses: QAR 2,000 and QAR 1,000, respectively.
- Exemptions: Attestation fees waived for Qatari citizens, children of Qatari women and GCC nationals.
