Foreigners’ Case Processing Pause 

Poland has temporarily suspended the deadlines for handling administrative cases involving Ukrainian citizens covered by the Act on Assistance to Citizens of Ukraine. This includes applications for residence permits, temporary protection, and other legal procedures initiated before the new regulations came into force.  

The suspension ensures that affected individuals are not penalized for delays during the legal transition and will remain in effect until the updated framework is fully implemented.
