New Form I-765 Edition Date
Form I-765 Update
Starting May 29, 2025, USCIS will accept only the 01/20/25 form edition date of Form I-765. Until then, the form edition date 08/28/24 may still be used.
Form I-765, officially known as the Application for Employment Authorization, is a U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) form used by eligible non-citizens to request permission to work in the U.S.
