Denmark Updates Income Requirements for Work Permits

Denmark will use updated income statistics from the Confederation of Danish Employers (DA) to assess work permit applications submitted on April 1, 2025. These statistics, reflecting data from the fourth quarter of 2024, will help determine if offered salaries meet Danish standards.

Applicants submitting work permit applications after 31 March 2025 will be evaluated based on these updated statistics. Applications submitted between 1 January and 31 March 2025 will be assessed using the third quarter 2024 data. The next update is expected to apply from 1 July 2025.
