The government of Australia will introduce new citizenship application fees from 1 July 2024. For a complete list of these fee changes by application category, see the government’s website.
According to the government, fees are changing to reflect the cost of processing applications. On 1 July each year, indexation is applied to citizenship application fees based on the consumer price index (CPI).
