Raghuram Srinivas, PhD

Raghuram Srinivas serves as Chief Product & Technology Officer at Envoy Global, where he leads product strategy, technology vision and the company’s innovation roadmap. He has more than 20 years of experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science and enterprise software. Srinivas is focused on advancing Envoy’s platform and delivering solutions that simplify global corporate immigration for employers worldwide.

Before joining Envoy Global, Srinivas was senior vice president at MetricStream, where he built and led the company’s AI Customer Outcomes and Forward Engineering business and previously oversaw products and innovation, directing product strategy, roadmap development and delivery across the company’s governance, risk and compliance portfolio.

Earlier in his career, Srinivas held leadership roles at JPMorgan Chase, KPMG and IBM, where he led teams building AI, machine learning and advanced analytics solutions. At IBM, he was a key contributor to the Watson organization, helping deliver AI-driven solutions for major financial services and retail clients.

Srinivas holds a Ph.D. in computer science from Southern Methodist University and a master’s degree in data sciences, also from SMU. He has served as an adjunct professor, teaching graduate-level courses in machine learning and database management at SMU and data analytics at Trine University. He is based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
