Radek Baca serves as Operations Manager at Envoy Global. In this role, he leads the UK consular services team, overseeing service delivery across the UK market while ensuring seamless visa processing and operational excellence.

Radek brings over 11 years of experience in visa operations to Envoy Global, with extensive experience at CIBT, one of the leading global providers of immigration and visa services for corporations. During his tenure at CIBT, he held progressive operational roles for over 6 years in a managerial capacity, including international office management supporting teams across Denmark, the Netherlands and Germany. Prior to his career in visa services, Radek spent 13 years at TNT, a global logistics company now part of FedEx, working across multiple operational roles in Prague and London.
