With more than 25 years of experience across the travel, visa, and immigration ecosystem, he has partnered with both direct customers and global service providers. His background spans Travel Management Companies, travel technology organizations, and visa and immigration firms, giving him a comprehensive, strategic understanding of end‑to‑end travel and mobility processes and diverse client needs.

Outside of work, Nigel is an avid traveler and an enthusiastic scuba diver.
