Karla Lowe

Karla Lowe is a Principal Immigration Lawyer and senior global immigration leader with more than 25 years of experience across in-house and private practice environments. She has held a number of senior leadership roles, including Head of UK Immigration and Deputy Director of Global Immigration Operations, leading complex immigration programs and teams across multiple jurisdictions.

Karla specializes in global immigration strategy, compliance, operational excellence, risk management and policy development. She works closely with multinational organizations to navigate regulatory change, manage immigration programs and deliver practical solutions that support business objectives.

In addition to her professional career, Karla has served for more than 20 years as a Chair Justice of the Peace (Magistrate) on the South Eastern Circuit, bringing valuable expertise in governance, ethics and decision-making to her practice.
