Jason Brennan

Jason Brennan joined Envoy Global as Chief Executive Officer in July 2025. An attorney and accomplished global business leader, Brennan brings a distinguished career spanning law and legal technology. He began his professional journey practicing law at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett before transitioning into corporate legal services, where he held senior executive roles across the U.S., Europe, and Asia. 

Prior to joining Envoy, Brennan served as CEO of NAM (National Arbitration and Mediation) from 2021 to 2025, where he led the company through a successful private equity exit. His leadership experience also includes serving as CEO of Luminance, a pioneer in legal-grade AI, and as President of International at Epiq, a global provider of legal and business services. During his tenure at Epiq, he and his family were based in Hong Kong and later the UK. 

Brennan holds a B.A. from Yale University and a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.
