Annual Report 2026
The Philippine Bureau of Immigration (BI) announced that all registered foreign nationals must complete the 2026 Annual Report between January 1, 2026, and March 1, in line with the Alien Registration Act of 1950. This requirement applies to all registered foreign nationals, including ACR I‑Card holders.
Foreign nationals must appear in person to complete the Annual Report. The reporting window is non‑extendible and must be completed within the first 60 days of the year.
Who Must Report
- Registered foreign nationals with immigrant or non‑immigrant visas
- ACR I‑Card holders
- Refugees and stateless individuals
Not Required to Report
- Temporary visitor (tourist) visa holders
Requirements
Foreign nationals must:
- Complete online registration through the BI e‑services portal before appearing in person
- Present:
- A valid ACR I‑Card or original paper ACR
- A valid passport
- The official receipt for the previous year’s Annual Report fee
