Qatar Introduces Biannual Occupational Health Reporting Requirement

Key Point  

  • Beginning July 2025, employers in Qatar must submit a report every six months detailing work-related injuries and occupational illnesses, including instances where no incidents occurred 

Occupational Health Tracking Now Mandatory for Qatar-Based Employers 

Qatar will now require companies to file mandatory health and safety incident reports twice per year, in accordance with Labor Law No. 14 of 2004 and new guidance from the Ministry of Labour.
