Kuwait Ends Border-Side Biometric Fingerprinting for Travelers

  • Kuwait now requires all citizens and residents to complete biometric fingerprinting in advance at designated centers, as the process is no longer available at airports or border crossings 

Biometric Collecting  

Kuwait has ended biometric fingerprinting at airports, land borders and seaports. Instead, the General Department of Criminal Evidence now requires all Kuwaiti citizens and residents to complete biometric registration in advance at designated Personal Identification Centers.
