New Security Sector Pay Standards in Ireland  

Ireland has announced a new Employment Regulation Order (ERO) for the Security Sector, updating the 2024 regulation to raise the minimum hourly wage to €15.41 starting 22 July 2025. 

According to the government, the update reinforces protections for frontline workers often engaged in high-risk roles, aligning their pay with evolving cost-of-living standards and workplace expectations.
