Cayman Islands Introduced New Border Control Fees

Customs and Immigration Fees Update 

The Cayman Islands has approved a revised fee structure for Customs and Border Control (CBC), effective 1 October 2025. The changes include new administrative fees for services such as visa extensions, work permit processing and customs declarations.  

Penalties for non-compliance, like late payments or inaccurate filings, have also been updated to ensure greater accountability among corporate entities and individuals.  

These reforms aim to modernize border operations and reinforce the integrity of the immigration system.
