State Department Issues February 2024 Visa Bulletin

NOTE:  U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) will use the Dates for Filing chart for the February 2024 Visa Bulletin. Please check the USCIS website  for more information.     

Overview       

The State Department has released the February 2024 Visa Bulletin.  USCIS will use the Dates for Filing chart for employment-based categories.  The updates below reflect changes in employment-based categories.         

What are the Changes?       

In February 2024, there are no major changes to the employment-based categories below from the January 2024 Visa Bulletin, which also used the Dates for Filing chart.  

EB-1          

No changes will occur in February 2024.   

EB-2      

No changes will occur in February 2024.   

EB-3            

No changes will occur in February 2024.
