South Africa Extends Immigration Concession to 2026

Visa Extension Directive
South Africa has issued Immigration Directive No. 22 of 2025, granting a temporary extension until 31 March 2026 for foreign nationals whose waiver or appeal applications remain pending.
Visa holders in these categories may continue residing in the country under current visa conditions and re-enter without being declared undesirable, provided they present valid application receipts.
This concession applies only to legally admitted applicants who submitted through VFS Global with verifiable documentation.
