Poland Warsaw Relocates International Protection Application Site

- Starting October 20, 2025, Warsaw has a new location for submitting applications for international protection
Polish Border Guard Office Change
Poland’s Office for Foreigners has announced that, as of 20 October 2025, individuals seeking international protection in Warsaw must submit their applications at the Border Guard office located at ul. Wynalazek 4, 4th floor, Wynalazek Tower. This new site replaces the previous submission point at ul. Taborowa 33.
In addition to accepting protection applications, the new location will also handle:
- Issuance and replacement of residence cards
- Implementation of alternatives to detention measures
Foreign nationals can still apply for international protection at any Border Guard facility when crossing the border or while already in Poland.
