New Zealand: Working Holiday Visa Scheme with Vietnam

Overview  

The government of New Zealand will reopen its Working Holiday Visa (WHV) scheme with Vietnam beginning 30 October 2023. The WHV scheme is open to Vietnamese nationals between the age of 18 to 30, or 35 in some cases and allows eligible applicants to live and work in New Zealand on a temporary basis.  

What are the Changes?  

The government of New Zealand will reopen its WHV scheme with Vietnam on 30 October 2023. The scheme will reopen to Vietnam nationals capped at 100 places.
