Kuwait Introduces Multiple-Trip Exit Permit

Key Point

  • Kuwait has introduced a multiple‑trip exit permit that allows foreign workers to exit and re‑enter the country multiple times within a defined validity period.

New Multiple‑Trip Exit Permit Option

Kuwait announced the launch of a multiple‑trip exit permit for foreign workers. The new permit allows eligible foreign nationals to depart and re‑enter Kuwait multiple times during the permit’s validity period, replacing the need to apply for a single‑trip exit permit for each individual trip.

Employers and foreign nationals can apply for the multiple‑trip exit permit through the Ashal (As’hal) portal or the Sahel mobile application.
