Indonesia Updates to the Digital Arrival Deceleration
Key Point
- Indonesia will now require a digital arrival declaration via the All Indonesia app at key entry points
Digital Arrival Declaration Requirements
Indonesia implemented a new rule mandating international travelers arriving at Soekarno-Hatta (Jakarta), Juanda (Surabaya), I Gusti Ngurah Rai (Bali) airports and Batam port to complete a digital arrival declaration using the All Indonesia app starting 1 September 2025.
The app consolidates immigration, customs, health and quarantine forms into one platform to streamline entry and improve public safety. Travelers can submit their information up to three days before arrival. The declaration is free and applies to both citizens and foreign nationals. Authorities aim to expand the system nationwide in the coming months.
