Hong Kong SAR Passport Holders Gain Visa‑Free Entry to Azerbaijan

• Azerbaijan introduced visa-free entry permissions for holders of a valid Hong Kong Administrative Region passport  

Visa-Free Travel  

Azerbaijan will introduce visa‑free entry for Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) passport holders beginning 2 February 2026, according to Hong Kong’s Immigration Department. As a result, holders of an HKSAR passport will be permitted to:  

• Enter Azerbaijan up to three times between 2 February 2026 and 2 February 2027. 
• Each visit may last up to 30 days. 
• The arrangement is expected to support tourism, cultural exchange and economic ties between Hong Kong and Azerbaijan.
