Estonia Citizens Granted Visa-Free Access to South Africa

Estonia and South Africa Visa-Free Travel Agreement 

Estonia and South Africa have implemented a mutual visa waiver, allowing Estonian citizens to enter South Africa without a visa for up to 90 days. The agreement took effect on 1 September 2025 and applies to tourism and business travel. The visa exemption reflects strengthened bilateral relations and follows recent diplomatic engagements between the two countries. Estonian citizens must still meet standard entry requirements, such as possessing a valid passport and proof of onward travel.
