China Expands Visa-Free Travel to 43 Countries

China Updates Visa Free Travel Policy Update for South America  

China expanded its visa-free entry policy, allowing nationals from more than 43 countries to visit without a visa. This updated policy takes effect on 1 June 2025 and will remain valid until 31 May 2026 or 6 June 2026, depending on the country. Under the new guidelines, ordinary passport holders from 47 countries can enter China visa-free for up to 30 days for business, tourism, family visits or transit. Some of the eligible nations include Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Uruguay, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait and Bahrain. For the full list of included countries, check here.
