Aruba Minimum Hourly Wages 2026

  • Aruba has announced that minimum hourly wages will take effect beginning January 1, 2026, replacing the current monthly wage system 

Minimum Wage 2026  

Aruba will implement a mandatory minimum hourly wage of AWG 11.58 for all employees aged 18 and over. This applies regardless of the number of hours worked, including part‑time employees working fewer than 40 hours per week. 

The government also approved a correction to the calculation of the minimum monthly wage. Beginning January 1, 2026, the factor 4.333 (previously 4.28) will be used to calculate the number of weeks per month, reflecting 52 weeks divided across 12 months.
