USCIS Adds Biometric and Filing Fees to Key Forms

  • USCIS revised Form G-1055 on October 2, 2025, to reflect new biometric and filing fees for select immigration forms 

USCIS Updates Form G-1055 Fee Schedule 

USCIS has released a revised edition of Form G-1055, Fee Schedule, introducing new fees that affect both individual and corporate immigration filings. These changes are part of a broader fee overhaul mandated by Public Law 119-21 and are not eligible for fee waivers. 

New G-1055 Fees 

  • Biometric Services Fee: $85 now applies to the following forms: 
    • EOIR-40 
    • EOIR-42A 
    • EOIR-42B 
  • Form I-765 (Family Reunification Task Force): 
    • $550 for initial applications 
    • $275 for renewals 

Key Deadlines: 

  • Applications postmarked on or after July 22, 2025, must include the updated fees. 
  • Applications received on or after August 21, 2025, without the correct fees will be rejected.
