BOI Policy Update
Thailand has announced revised qualifications and employment requirements for BOI-promoted companies, including new Thai-to-foreign national staff ratios and minimum salary thresholds for foreign employees, effective from 1 October 2025 for new promotions and 1 January 2026 for existing ones.
